Shipping Information

All CALVO orders are carefully processed and packed with attention to detail.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes X–X business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Important Notes

  • Due to the personal-care nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • In most cases, a physical return is not required.                                               

  • CALVO reserves the right to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Product Wear & Use

CALVO exfoliation pads are made with plant-based materials and are designed to naturally wear over time with regular use.

Visible wear or minor material separation is considered normal and does not indicate a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll take care of it.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
